Web Based Seminars

Hi there!
Hope you doing well!
Webinars are too exhausting πŸ˜‰,especially for young ages and low-leveled students.
Also,require high-technology .
Delivering a lecture or a presentation would be great but it's necessary to sequence the things that are going to be explained and disscussed in the course of webinar to hold student's attention.
I'd have  gone for my diploma thesis using webinars to lecture it.
I've presented it but live ,after completing Bachelor's studies on 'Learning Disorders:Dyslexia'.
Now,that I encounter webinars ,it would be fantastic to do it this way.
I'd choose a place comfortable for me and start my presentation while having my lectureres there and also my collegues that would be invited to answer and post their on-spot questions. This is a good way for the assesors of my thesis to judge my preparation.
PROCEDURE:I would start with a presentation of key issues (-1.what are disorders in learning? - 2.what are some language learning disorders? - 3.what's dyslexia? -4.what are some problems dyslexic learners with reading and spelling the phonics?- 5.Two major approaches in teaching phonics to a dyslexic student(analytic/top down approach or systemitical synthetic/bottom up approach) -6. A study and statistical data on dyslexic learners in Albania.

These issues have been and would be treated in details in my webinar. But in interest of time I won't go on explaining them (as I'm posting in a blog πŸ˜‰,not presenting online that's another pair of shoes)
I would also prepare a poll to 'Estimate the percentage of dyslexic learners in our schools etc....
I would leave a time for questions attendees of the webinar might have and then bye bye.

*Sorry, for going this long, but it was my diploma thesis and I've just found a new way how could I ...if... πŸ˜ƒ.

  1. Your post is well organised Ariola, it contains the basic elements and it's not long. Mostly I like the fact that you have provided us with the way you are going to present, the points are clear.

  6. What I like about your post is that you have given a reflection based on what you have experienced and not on just theory. I really like that you have embraced a new way on Webinars, maybe you should call it ArjolaWebinar, because you never know😊😊

"Project Based Learning Resources"

Hi there!! I was reading for our upcomong post on "Project Based Learning" amd I found this page that covers almost everything about it,even some practical ideas how to implement it in classroom. If you get lost in the numerous websites I would recomend to take a loke of this one: ☆☆☆☆☆☆ https://www.teachthought.com/project-based-learning/a-better-list-of-ideas-for-project-based-learning/

Making use of PBL and some ideas to be used!

Feeling inspired today!😊 Project based Learning isn't like the projects we did and still do in most of our school subjects and courses. PBL is an approach that it structures its curriculum around projects. It seems like a word play, right? Well, it is quite a bit but that's beacuse of our idea of projects has been misunderstood.Traditionally, projects were some tasks we had and have to come up with at the end of a certain amount of information. It's like the exams we do,we are assessed on how do we perform our new taught information. It's the product of our learning, to put in simple words. On the other hand, Project based learning is an approach not a task to be completed . It is focused on the process of learning rather than its result. The processes students go through while trying to do the project teaches them practical skills of researching and finding solution for the problems they are guided to look for ,however the path they decide to investigate is in Ss...
